Proposed change to bylaws regarding Presidential Nominees
In the event the list of nominees for President does not contain a member that has been on the board for a year, it is proposed that the board have the ability to bypass the 1-year requirement for a presidential nominee to occupy a seat on the board.
The Bylaw affected would be Article VI Elections, f. A Presidential nominee shall have served as an Active Member of the Board in some capacity for at least one (1) year.
